Ash Manor School is a successful 11–16 mixed comprehensive school committed to providing an exceptional education for the community it deserves.
We are looking to appoint a talented and ambitious individual with excellent attention to detail and IT skills, is exceptionally well organised and a good team player.
The successful candidate will have data management experience, the ability to work on their own initiative and a positive and proactive approach. The ability to communicate data clearly and concisely with a range of individuals, combined with the ability to work well under pressure to tight deadlines is essential.
You will ideally be from an education background, although not essential and understand assessment tracking, and data analysis of Exams and Results from KS3 and KS4.
The successful candidate will:
- Assist in managing all arrangements for public examination entries e.g. GCSE and equivalent ensuring these are conducted in accordance with Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) and examination board regulations
- Assist in managing all internal tests
- Manage and contribute to the development of SIMS and other databases as appropriate
- Produce clear, concise and accurate reports and information
- Oversee all activities in regard to school data, ensuring that all MIS systems are utilised effectively, including for recording student details, assessment, timetabling and results analysis.
- Support in other administrative areas during busy periods
