Job overview
We are seeking to appoint a well organised, proactive Data and Exams Administrator to join the Data & Exams Team. The successful candidate will support the Data & Exams Officer in the effective input and organisation of the Academy data management systems to produce statistical data and reports for the Academy and the trust. In addition they will support the team with individual and whole year assessments and examination processes.
This unique opening would allow the successful candidate to join our talented support staff team on our journey to become Ofsted rated Outstanding. The Successful candidate will be:
- Responsible for the management and maintenance of the School Information System
- Assisting with the Academy external and internal examination system.
- Responsible for the input of targets, predictions and outcome grades for all students.
- Able to analyse data using complex software such as SISRA Analytics.
The Successful candidate will have:
- Analytical skills and experience of data production of all aspects of student related information to ensure production of accurate and comprehensive reports to agreed deadlines.
- Excellent IT skills with an understanding of SIMS
- Good organisational skills to manage workload and time effectively
- Good interpersonal skills with both staff and students
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently
- A positive and proactive approach to problem solving
- Effective communication skills
