DATA AND EXAMINATIONS ASSISTANT
Full-time 36 hours per week - 41 weeks.
NJC Scale 5 pt range 22-25 (£22,506 – £24,510 pro rata)
(No holiday may be taken during term time)
We are a growing Multi Academy Trust - Grey Court and The Hollyfield schools are mixed 11-18 outstanding, oversubscribed comprehensive academies both have successful sixth forms, which serve diverse communities in exceptional environments. Grey Court is situated on an outstanding 20-acre site between Richmond Park and the River Thames and The Hollyfield School is in Surbiton with its excellent links to London’s Business Centre and the West End.
We are looking to appoint a Data and Examinations Assistant to work alongside our current Trust Data Analyst and Exams Officer, based at Grey Court School.
The successful applicant should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be well organised, have a good understanding of relevant management information.
You will assist with maintaining the School’s SIMS database and other records. Reporting to the Data Analyst you will ensure that accuracy is maintained and provide regular reports as requested. The successful candidate will have good typing skills, an eye for detail and an ability to meet deadlines.
Ideally you will have experience of managing databases preferably in a school context but training will be given. It is a requirement of this post that you work flexibly and are available for two weeks in August when results are received and during the public examinations.
