About the role:  Stationers’ Crown Woods Academy currently have an opportunity for a Data & Exams Assistant to join as soon as possible, on a 1 year fixed-term contract. The basis of this role is Term time + 3 weeks and is scheduled to 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate prior data experience with sound knowledge of data processes within schools including comprehensive use of systems and reporting.

 In addition to this, our successful candidate will be able to demonstrate prior experience in the organisation and administration of both external and internal examinations including entry, delivery and analysis of data, and management of the invigilation team. This key position plays a pivotal role in the success of our students’ progress and is a busy and varied role.

The Data & Exams Assistant will liaise with school staff regarding entries and manage the daily running of the exams, have confidence in leading, guiding and directing staff and students in respect of the exams provision.  It is essential that applicants have experience and working knowledge in accordance with the examination regulations within schools or colleges, are proficient users with the software Exams Organiser and further experience in admissions is desirable.

As this is a varied role, the successful candidate will be meticulous, enthusiastic and able to manage a busy workload with excellent IT skills.  The key skill we are looking for is excellent Microsoft Excel skills as training will be provided on other aspects of the role.
