Job overview
We are looking to appoint a part-time Data & Exams Assistant who will possess excellent ICT, inter-personal and organisational skills. Experience of SIMS, Assessment Manager, Microsoft Excel and the ability to work in an educational establishment are highly desirable, in addition to a good sense of humour, which is essential.
The position requires some flexibility as the successful candidate will be required to undertake invigilation duties and support the management of examinations and GCSE results week in school. Other duties include collection, maintenance and analysis of student data information using electronic capture methodology.

Prenton High School for Girls can be found in the town of Birkenhead, Merseyside. A smaller-than-average school of around 790 pupils aged 11-16, the school converted to an academy in 2011, but is not part of any multi-academy trust. Prenton High School has a diverse catchment area, a fact reflected in its student intake.
