highly effective Data & Exams Assistant?’
We are seeking a hardworking and diligent person who can problem solve and support with
key academic and assessment data. This is a rewarding role where you can demonstrate
your accurate data management and Excel skills. The successful candidate will be a well
organised team player with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively
with a wide range of people.
The role will involve working closely with our experienced Data Manager and deputising for
her when required. You will need to provide administration of all school reporting systems,
including full and interim reports in all year groups and year 11 mock exam certificates. You
will assist in the collation, production and analysis of school assessment data and
information to enable Subject Leaders and Progress and Development leaders to track
students’ progress. You will also have the opportunity to assist our Exams Officer with
collection and collation of examination entries, amendments, forecast grades and
coursework marks to meet examination board deadlines.
