Job overview

 We are looking to recruit a Data and Exams Manager for Hartshill School to support our students by ensuring effective and accurate management of all student and examinations data and to be responsible for the smooth running and administration of all examinations.  

The Role

  • To ensure the timely and effective collection and reporting of data to inform teaching and learning at all levels within the Academy. 
  • To be responsible for the management of MIS and data software systems within the Academy 
  • To be responsible for the smooth running and administration of all public examinations.
  • To liaise with all pupils, teacher, parents and examination boards in respect of examination requirements.
  • Ensure the school adheres to all awarding bodies regulations.

What we need from you

Experience of: 

  •  successful data management in an educational setting.
  •  producing complex data concisely for a range of audiences
  •  Highly ICT literate and proficient user of Excel and other databases. 
  •  Successfully managing exams process and adhering to exams board regulations

About Hartshill Academy

Hartshill Academy is a secondary academy in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, for pupils aged 11-16.

Hartshill Academy is set in extensive grounds and the catchment covers very diverse urban and rural areas. This is a very exciting time for Hartshill Academy as we prepare for the move to our new building in September 2023. We are very fortunate to be one of the 50 schools chosen nationally as part of this project and we are all looking forward to the new opportunities this will bring.
