We are excited to be able to offer an opportunity to join our amazing Data Team in the role of Data and Timetabling Manager
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week (part time may be considered), term time: 41 weeks and 2 days
Salary Range: Grade 7 SCP 24 - 27, (£33024 - £35745 FTE)
Actual Salary: £29931 - £32397 per annum
Start Date: ASAP
About the role:
Working as part of the Data & Exams team (currently comprising of 3 members) and managing the development of the school timetable.
Your main duties will include working with the Assistant Principal on Curriculum, Staffing and Rooming during the timetable design process, being responsible for building the school timetable and maintaining all curriculum related amendments throughout the year. Alongside this is support for the wider Data and Exams team in all data and exams related activities.
Ideally you will have:
• Excellent working knowledge of Bromcom and the ability to use a wide range of IT packages including Excel and the Microsoft Office suite to a good standard. Previous experience of ‘eTimetable’ would be advantageous
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to multitask and work under pressure
