An exciting opportunity has arisen at Maltby Academy for an exceptional Data and Timetabling Manager to work with an experienced and highly motivated team of professionals.
We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and talented professional to construct the Academy student timetable using Nova T6 and SIMS. The candidate will produce all aspects of the Academy student timetable, including the Academy Curriculum Led Financial Planning (CLFP) document and work with the Vice Principal on Curriculum, Staffing and Rooming during the timetable construction process. The candidate will also liaise with Senior Leaders on Curriculum Management to ensure an appropriate curriculum model is provided and be responsible for statutory statistical returns including Census, DfE, LA updates and assessment checking exercises. They will also contribute to responses of any Academy data breaches or Subject Access Requests and oversee the management and use of the SIMS database and any future development. The candidate will also liaise with Senior Leaders and provide logistical examination support to the Examinations Officer during assessment and exam periods.

· have good knowledge of administrative work, experience of education sector and experience of working with SIMS and use of a Timetable Software package.
· have the ability to work with a wide range of people, have good organisational skills, have the ability to think creatively and contribute new ideas and to stay calm and controlled under pressure.
· have the knowledge and experience of the context in which Maltby Academy operates.
