Data Assistant 

Required for immediate start 

School term time only +1 week

37 hours per week 

Salary H5 point 9 - 14

Yavneh College is looking to recruit a Data Assistant who is highly motivated, organised, has a keen interest in data with meticulous attention to detail.  Within this role, the candidate will help maintain and develop the school’s MIS systems, which will make a difference and be of benefit to the outcomes for the pupils/students. Experience of working in a school is ideal, but not essential.

Yavneh College is a top performing school which is heavily oversubscribed with over 1000 pupils on roll, including 200 in a first class sixth form. Our Ideal candidate will:

 Have a high level of proficiency in the use of databases and spreadsheets (preferably Excel) to manage data successfully.

 Have experience in summarising data in order to produce reports.

 Be able to work unsupervised, at a fast pace whilst maintaining high levels accuracy.

 Enjoy working off their own initiative and always looking to improve their practice.

 Have excellent communication and organisational skills. 

 Good time management.
