Al Rabeeh Academy seeks an experienced, enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed Data Manager and Timetable Coordinator to join our team.

The School Data Manager and Timetable Coordinator is a crucial role within our school, responsible for managing and analysing student data and creating the school timetable from FS to Year 13. The role requires an individual with experience using iSAMS to ensure that data is accurate, secure, and effectively utilised to support the school’s strategic objectives. The post-holder will collaborate closely with the leadership team to develop and maintain a timetable that meets the needs of both students and staff. There is also an additional responsibility of exam officer supporting the Academy.

Applicants must have relevant experience working with iSAMS and have experience working in a school environment.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the school’s Management Information System (MIS), ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all student and staff data.
  • Analyse student performance data, attendance records, and other key metrics to support school leadership in decision-making.
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports for senior management, teachers, and external stakeholders, including reports for Ofsted inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations, maintaining confidentiality and data security at all times.
  • Train and support staff in the effective use of the MIS and other data-related systems.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the school timetable, ensuring it meets curriculum requirements and optimizes the use of staff and resources.
  • Work closely with department heads to allocate teaching staff, rooms, and resources efficiently.
  • Adjust and update the timetable as needed throughout the academic year, responding to changes in staffing, student enrollment, and curriculum needs.
  • Communicate timetable changes and updates effectively to staff, students, and parents.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise from the timetable, such as room or staff allocation problems.
