We are seeking to appoint an experienced Data Manager to start as soon as possible reporting to the Assistant Principal responsible for Data. Using SIMs you will oversee the use of operational data within the Academy, support the Senior Leadership Team in tracking and monitoring pupil progress and work with the SLT team to construct and produce accurate reports as requested. It is essential you have previous SIMs assessment experience.
You will lead on the collection and analysis of data to support the schools teaching, learning and assessment of pupil progress, you will set up, maintain and review complex data through analysis, problem solving and developing solutions that will support school improvement.
Ideally you will be organised and detail orientated with the ability to work under pressure to ensure that task timescales are met. You should have good IT skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. You must be approachable, able to quickly build and establish relationships and have excellent interpersonal skills.
