Data Manager

We are seeking to recruit a Data Manager to join our friendly and supportive team. Candidates must have SIMs data management experience gained within a school setting; in addition, familiarity with the Go4 Schools assessment package is desirable although training can be provided.

Using SIMs and Go4schools you will:

· oversee and develop the school’s use of operational data, ensuring that SIMS and Go4schools are accurate and well maintained, and integrate with other internal systems

· work with school staff to ensure they are entering accurate data and perform regular audits on the system

· support the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in tracking and monitoring student progress by collecting and analysing data

· produce accurate reports to both the SLT team and governors

· work with the SLT to set up, maintain and review complex data through analysis, problem solving and development of solutions that will support school improvement

· work with the SLT to construct the school timetable.
