Helping students progress and meet key targets is only possible if we track, analyse and manage the data on performance and achievement in an effective manner - which is where you come in. As Data Manager, you will join our administrative team and work pro-actively with the business manager, the senior leadership team, teachers, heads of department and the wider support team across a range of activities including data management, data collection, managing reports and general administration.
Meticulous attention to detail is paramount and knowledge of Data Protection as well as excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to prioritise workloads to meet critical deadlines. On top of this, you should be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills and be willing to undertake further training as required for the role.
It is expected that you would be available to support certain meetings outside of your normal hours by agreement in advance for which time off in lieu will be accrued.
