We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Data Manager, ideally with experience, to lead on the provision and ongoing development of effective data management and data services for our school. We are looking for someone who has a commitment to working with and developing staff use of data to improve outcomes for our young people. 

The Elmgreen School is a highly inclusive school rated good by Ofsted, and you will be joining a staff team that are determined to change lives through the education we provide. 

In addition to possessing excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, candidates must be innovative, highly numerate with logical, analytical and Excel skills. Ideally you will have experience of using SIMS. 

You must be able to prioritise, remain calm under pressure and show initiative. You must also be a team player and demonstrate a professional approach in dealing with students and parents.

About The Elmgreen School

The Elmgreen School is a unique 11-18 secondary school. It is a non denominational mixed school which opened to its first cohort of year 7 students in September 2007.   The secondary Hearing Impaired Unit is co-located within the school. We will reach our full complement of 1100 students in 2014 which will include a 200 place sixth form. The school moved to its inspirational new building in September 2009.

The school is non selective and provides a creative and innovative curriculum, encouraging the highest standards of teaching and learning within an ethos of mutual respect, harmony and achievement.
