We are part of the family of schools that make up the Creative Education Trust and are at the start of a journey to raise standards and ensure we do all that is needed to help our pupils be successful.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly skilled individual to lead our data and intelligence systems, incorporating the school management information system (SIMS) and school data package (SISRA).

Under the direction of the Academy’s Senior Leadership Team, we need an individual who can work to develop, enhance and implement improved use of all our data systems and provide guidance, training and support to a wide range of staff. Previous experience of producing and presenting easily accessible reports is essential.

Applications are encouraged from ambitious and experienced candidates and in return we can offer a supportive, creative and forward-thinking work environment.

We are an 11-16 school with over 1300 pupils on roll.

We have three Core Values that we expect our students to demonstrate:

  • Equality – give everyone a chance – to belong and succeed
  • Integrity – do the right thing – with passion, with purpose
  • Ambition – work hard, aim high – now and for the future

We aim to prepare all our pupils to be good citizens of the future. Ellis Guilford has hard working and caring staff who support pupils through engaging lessons, excellent pastoral care and a wide range of enrichment and extra curricular activities.

We very much value positive relationships with families as, together, we can make a real difference to the lives of our young people.

We joined the Creative Education Trust on 1st November 2018. CET have an excellent track record in supporting schools and we hope that this partnership will enable us to drive improvements and secure even better student progress and outcomes.
