PERRYFIELDS HIGH SCHOOL 

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, well-organised enthusiastic and highly effective data manager.  You will be responsible for the collection, analysis, presentation and distribution of data relating to pupil progress and attainment.  You will also be responsible for the coordination and organisation on a daily basis for cover for members of teaching staff at the school and to support the construction and maintenance of the timetable.   

This is a fantastic opportunity for a new IT graduate or existing Data Manager to join our friendly team.  The Data Manager will work closely with members of the Senior Leadership Team and will be required to monitor, update and analyse the school’s attainment and progress tracking and reporting systems.  The school currently uses SIMS, SISRA and Pixl software packages.  Experience of using these analytical tools would be an advantage but is not essential as excellent training and support are available.  

You will have:  

- A good knowledge and experience of administrative procedures. 

- The knowledge and ability to use SIMS and Assessment Manager.

- An excellent level of IT skill (including MS Office applications).

- Experience in, and/or a commitment to, working with young people.

The successful applicant will work 37 hours per week, term time plus three weeks.
