SASH Education Trust is seeking to appoint, an exceptional Data Manager to join the Team at Ditton Park Academy.

The individual must be able to provide an efficient and effective level of support to the Academy, The Local Governing Board and other senior leaders in the academy.

Our relentless approach to school improvement is undertaken through close working relationships and ongoing challenge and support.

You must have high expectations for all, be an excellent communicator and be committed through:

  • Managing the data collection process.

  • Setting up assessment marksheets and ensuring the completion of marksheets by communicating with the Lead Teachers and other staff.

  • Prepare, produce, and deliver data required by the school in its day-to-day work and for self- evaluation and strategic planning purposes, which includes curriculum and exam review reports.

  • Lead on the production of data reports to parents in accordance with the school reporting policy.

  • Manage the target setting process for attainment and manage data imports to SMID after each data collection period.

  • Liaise with and brief SLT, Lead Teachers, House Leaders and teachers on the interpretation and implication of data.

  • Lead on the results checking.

  • Ability to multi-task and work to varying deadlines.

  • Experience of maintaining accurate records and performing systematic checks

  • Excellent IT skills

About Ditton Park Academy

Ditton Park Academy is a mixed, mainstream secondary school located in Slough, Berkshire. The academy has a sixth form and educates students within the 11-19 age range. Currently, there are 1100 pupils and we are heavily oversubscribed.

We are a local, co-educational community Academy serving the young people and their families in the South-East of Slough in the Kings Reach Estate just off Upton Court Park.  Ditton Park Academy opened in 2014 and moved into a multi-million-pound purpose-built building in 2017. The academy is part of an innovative collaboration between the headteachers of the 13 secondary schools in Slough (SASH).

Ditton Park Academy promotes an ethos of “active citizens”, whereby students are empowered to participate in decision making and provide input into the wellbeing, public service and economic sufficiency of their community. To help students achieve this, the academy is focused on providing an excellent teaching and learning environment that is inclusive and caters for students as individuals.
