Qualities required to fulfil the role:
We are seeking to appoint a well organised and analytical Data Manager to be responsible for the management, administration and maintenance of the SIMS student management systems and processes, and pupil assessment data within the school, and to support the Curriculum Management Team with Exams and Options processes.
We welcome applications from candidates who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, are proactive and have the ability to transmit enthusiasm as well as being a hands-on leader, able to juggle multiple demands on their time and maintain a sense of perspective.
As required, along with all leaders in our Trust, the postholder will support the interests of all learners within the seven schools currently within the South East Essex Academy Trust, as well as potential future schools.
Duties may be modified by the Headteacher in consultation with the post holder to reflect or anticipate changes in the job.
