Teesside Learning Trust is a newly formed Multi Academy Trust which was established on 1st September 2016, comprised of two Primary Academies in Redcar and Cleveland, and two Secondary Academies, Thornaby Academy in Stockton and Freebrough Academy in Redcar and Cleveland, we are at an exciting point in our development as a Trust.

Data Manager

Salary: SCP 33 – 35 £29,323 - £30,785 per annum (Gross) £26,751 – £28,085 per annum pro rata

Start date: ASAP

Contract type: 37 Hours per week, ‘Term Time only’ plus 3 weeks

Teesside Learning Trust are looking to appoint an innovative, efficient and highly effective Data Manager. The successful candidate will coordinate all aspects of data analysis and evaluation, input, and reporting. The post holder will have an excellent understanding of using data to identify student progress in order to impact and raise individual attainment.  The post includes a responsibility for the standard maintenance and updating of our SIMS modules and other systems and you will also be a key driver in the development of all monitoring, assessment and reporting systems within the Trust.  

The ideal candidate will have experience of SIMS or similar management information systems, timetabling, exams, school data analysis and Excel. 

This post will be based at one of the Secondary Academies within the Trust, travel will required within the Stockton and Redcar & Cleveland areas in order to support all of the Academies within the Trust. 

The position we are filling is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and a satisfactory DBS from the Disclosure and Barring Service is required as part of our pre-employment checks.
