An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented, committed and highly-motivated Data Manager to work with the Leadership Team leading on the strategic development and operational delivery of an effective Management Information System to ensure measurable, meaningful and comprehensive information and data services for the school.
You will be responsible for all aspects of data management, supporting faculty leaders with their curriculum areas, in setting up, running, interpreting and managing data reports including pre-empting any changes and developments, which the school will need to make in the fields of data and MIS.
In brief, the successful candidate will have:
- Experience and knowledge of school MIS, data management and performance measures, preferably within a secondary school setting
- Outstanding data literacy, including the ability to design and produce comprehensive reports, analyse complex data, demonstrate and disseminate data to others;
- Advanced school MIS knowledge (preferably CMIS, Go4Schools and ePortal) and advanced MS Excel knowledge;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible approach
