The school opened in 2017. It offers an inclusive, exciting and outstanding education to an international community of students from FS1 to Year 12 (2025-2026) and will continue to grow organically to Year 13.
The campus is state-of-the-art with separate buildings for each phase as well as a 380 seat auditorium. There are three temperature controlled swimming pools, fully equipped science and computer labs, specialist rooms for art, DT, music, and drama, a library, two multipurpose sports halls, a full size football pitch, a variety of outdoor play areas and a spacious canteen. The academic year 2025-2026 will see the opening of a brand new secondary building, significantly enhancing the current facilities.
Dubai Heights Academy provides a curriculum that meets the needs of all of our students and follows the National Curriculum for England as the basis of its curriculum. This has been tailored to comply with local requirements and supplemented with Arabic language, Islamic Studies, Moral Education and Social Studies. In addition, Dubai Heights Academy has partnered with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) to develop and deliver a bespoke AI (artificial intelligence) project-based programme for secondary and an early language programme using social robots for Primary, to further enrich our broad and balanced curriculum.

Job Overview:
The school currently has just under 700 students enrolled, with numbers expected to increase to approximately 1,060 in the upcoming academic year, on a trajectory towards a maximum capacity of 1,800 students.
The role will involve but is not limited to, the following:
1. Development, Management and Maintenance of all internal and external School Data systems (MIS & CRM systems)
Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and further development of data systems
Manage internal school student data trackers.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the systems are maintained and aligned with school policies.
Provide technical support and training to staff on relevant data systems eg: iSAMS and OpenApply.
2. Management of School Software:
Manage and maintain educational software platforms including but not limited to Kerboodle and Renaissance Place.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to these platforms.
Coordinate with software providers for updates and technical support.
3. Management of External Assessments (GL Assessments/CAT4/ABT):
Maintain and manage access to external assessment sites such as GL Assessments, CAT4, NGRT etc
Book and generate logins for students and staff as required for tests.
Ensure timely and accurate administration of all external assessments.
Plan and administer assessments in consultation with Heads of Departments and meet deadlines
4. Data Analysis, Production and Reporting:
Generate, produce, and analyse internal and external assessment/examination data reports and advise on outcomes
Provide feedback to Heads of Departments based on data analysis.
Share and discuss data with school management, teachers, and external stakeholders as required.
Prepare statistical reports including demographic information and upload relevant data onto the KHDA portal as required, within deadlines as specified by KHDA.
5. Academic Reporting:
Prepare individual student reports including punctuality and attendance data.
Coordinate the distribution of termly school reports to students and parents/guardians.
6. Administrative Support:
Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the Principal.
Participate in relevant meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Lead and plan progress of the department
The successful applicant will be required to have the following:
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in data management, preferably in a UAE educational setting.
Experience in managing KHDA data including student attainment and progress preferred
Proficiency in using a school MIS, CRM and other educational software.
Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
Strong organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in data entry and database management systems in addition to experience with admissions software and CRM
Evidence of continuous professional development
