NJC Pay and Conditions: 32 – 40

Salary £28,485 - £35,444

Term Time, plus 3 weeks, 37 hours per week

Required as soon as possible

Are you an experienced data manager in search of a school where you can really make a difference?

We are looking to appoint an experienced, well-organised, enthusiastic and highly effective Data Manager to join us in the next phase of our Academy development. You will be responsible for the collection, organisation, input, analysis, presentation and distribution of data relating to pupil attainment and progress.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a new IT graduate or existing Data Manager to join our friendly team. The Data Manager will work closely with a member of the Academy Leadership Team and will be required to monitor, update and analyse the academy’s attainment and progress tracking and reporting systems. The school currently uses SIMS and SISRA software packages. Experience of using these analytical tools would be an advantage but is not essential as excellent training and support are available.

You will have:

  • A good knowledge and experience of administrative procedures.
  • The knowledge and ability to use SIMS/SISRA.
  • An excellent level of IT skill (including MS Office applications and the internet).
  • Experience in, and/or a commitment to, working with young people.

Willenhall is an 11-18 Academy. We have a hardworking and committed team of specialist teachers and a commitment to ensuring the best possible outcomes for our students under a newly formed Leadership Team.

Deadline for applications: - 28/11/2017

Interviews: 01/12/17

An application form and further details can be found on the Academy website.

Any successful applicant will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure check by the Disclosure and Barring Service. E-ACT is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of its students and expects all employees and volunteers to share in this commitment. E-ACT is committed to promoting equality of opportunity and diversity.
