Upton Court Educational Trust is seeking to appoint a Data Manager for Trevelyan Middle School, Windsor, to join our dynamic and committed Support Team for an immediate start. The successful candidate must have a level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
Term time (38 weeks) plus 2 additional days
Hours: 37 hours per week: Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm, Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm; 30 minutes for lunch (unpaid)
We are looking for staff who have the appropriate personal characteristics, experience, knowledge and skills relating to the support and maintenance of information held on the school’s database relating to staff and students. Experience of working in a school environment is desirable although not essential. The position would suit someone who has the ability to work well under pressure whilst prioritising and can work as part of a team and independently.
Responsibilities include:
• Develop and maintain an effective data management system, which is regularly reviewed to ensure that the school’s needs are met
• Maintain and update information held on the school’s database systems including archive files and historical data
• Obtain all required information relating to both staff and students; and the provision of accurate data required for the completion of returns including those from the local authority, DFE and other stakeholders
• Oversee the production of student reports as per school calendar and other requirements such as annual reviews and target setting
• Carry out start of year and end of year procedures
• Create the school timetable structure and make any necessary changes throughout the academic year

Trevelyan Middle School opened in 1930, formerly known as New Windsor Council School. The secondary school converted to academy status in 2016.
