Job overview

Glebe is a large special school in West Wickham that caters for pupils aged 11-19 with a wide range of learning needs. We wish to appoint a highly competent Data Quality Manager who will be responsible for the management of all school data. This is a key role within our school; accuracy of data plays an important part in our pupil’s success. While enjoying autonomy, you will also work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and other staff, making a valued contribution to the life chances of our young people.


The successful applicant will:

·        Have the desire to drive improvement

·        Have relevant experience and a range of skills appropriate to this post

·        Have experience of MIS, including SIMS

·        Have an eye for detail and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy

·        Have excellent communication skills; both written and verbal

·        Be confident managing their workload to meet deadlines

·        Be a team player with emotional intelligence and a sense of humour

·        Be a committed member of staff; prepared to be flexible and go the extra mile
