About the role:

Stationers’ Crown Woods Academy are seeking to appoint a Data, Assessment and Reporting Administrator  to join our Academy and be part of a newly formed team.  This is a  brand new position for the school along with the appointment of a  Manager for this team, so it is desirable that our successful candidate  will be able to demonstrate prior experience working with data and  report generation, preferably within a school setting.  There will be a  variety of administrative tasks associated with this position with an  overarching purpose to provide full support to the Manager.  In return,  we can offer the opportunity to join a highly successful Academy based  in new facilities and the chance to work within a supportive and driven  wider team. 

The main duties in this role include the following;

  • To input data onto the school information systems (inc. SIMS) to a  high standard of accuracy to support present and teaching and learning  needs.
  • To work with the Data Manager to generate data for school self-evaluation and tracking and assist in the analysis of data.
  • To support the Data Manager with all areas including cover for the Academy, tracking and analysis and student data management.

The basis of this role is working 35 hours per week, Term Time plus 3  additional weeks, so is ideal for those of you looking to keep your  school holidays free. Please note that we would require 2 out of the 3  additional weeks to be worked during the August school holidays when Key  Stages 4 and 5 pupils are in receipt of their exam results.
