The Database and Annual Campaign Administrator is a tremendously important Member of the Development Office Team. The incumbent will be responsible for database management and tracking of all College constituents. Included in this is populating our database with accurate information on parents and alumni including gift entry. The role also includes stewardship activities and account reconciliation. Essential to this role is the smooth running of the College's numerous calling programmes aimed at attracting support for prioritised capital projects and bursaries for qualified means tested pupils. 

The person selected will have advanced experience working with donor management databases and knowledge of charitable activities preferably at an Independent School or similar charity. This is a full time (37.5 hours per week), permanent position and the rate of pay is £21,500 per annum.
