St George’s International School, Luxembourg, is a caring international school that provides an outstanding education in English for approximately 830 girls and boys of over 60 nationalities aged 3 to 18+. We pride ourselves on enabling each student to achieve their full potential. 


Main Areas of responsibility:

  • Be the main contact with the School’s Management Information System (MIS) and other applications providers.
  • Ensure the best use of the School’s MIS and other applications (iSAMS, CHQ, piota, wonde, cpoms, Parents Evening, etc.) in conjunction with relevant users and groups.
  • Be the main contact for Staff looking at using new applications or software.
  • Ensure students’ school reports publishing to parents is smoothly carried out throughout the year, defining the internal process with all stakeholders.
  • Manage the content of MySTG Parent Portal, liaising with the Communications Department on its presentation and style.
  • Manage the Parent-Teacher-Student conference online booking system.
  • Be the main contact to answer queries from internal users and parents regarding the MIS, applications, access to school reports, conferences bookings, etc.
  • Keep up-to-date MIS and School’s applications documentation.
  • Organise internal trainings for staff to develop their knowledge of the various School’s Applications and Data Protection, to include the training of super users.
  • Be the back-up for other IT or Admin colleagues where applicable.


Your profile:

  • Proficient English.
  • Ability to communicate with non-IT specialists.
  • Interest in working in Education.
  • SQL based Management Information System (iSAMS knowledge is an advantage).
  • Experience with T-SQL/SQL.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft SSRS report design and construction using Visual Studio.
  • Ability to develop and maintain API connections.
  • Good trouble shooting and problem solving skills, customer service and organisation skills.
  • Flexibility and interest in continually develop their own skills and knowledge ‘on the job’ and through professional training.
