Part Time (26 hours per week), Term Time

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who will be a key member of staff in the boarding houses helping and supporting the boarders and boarding team to make sure the houses work efficiently and effectively.

This person will be involved in all three boarding houses and will get to know the boarders and staff well. They will hold key responsibilities in overseeing good order and cleanliness of the house as well as supporting the boarding team in overseeing care and consideration for the house and its contents as well as the boarders own personal belongings. 

This person needs to be flexible with hours and may need to cover evening duties but will generally hold hours of 9.00am-4.00pm Monday to Thursday (26 hours per week, including a daily 30 minute unpaid lunch break), term time. 

There will be the possibility of assisting on weekend trips if the appointed person so wished.

The Royal Masonic School for Girls is an independent school located on a 316-acre site in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. Providing places to both boarding and day pupils, the school is an all-through institution educating pupils aged 2-18. 

Founded in 1789, the school was originally intended for use by the children of Freemasons. It is now non-denominational and has no restrictions on attendance. As an academically selective institution, the school require potential applicants to undergo formal or informal assessment before a place is offered.
