Day Nursery Manager

Eastwood Day Nursery has an Ofsted good rating with outstanding for the provision of the social and welfare needs of our children We are looking for a Day Nursery Manager who will take us from good to outstanding by offering a safe and caring environment in which children learn and develop.

The person that we are looking for:

• Has a strong understanding of child protection issues
• Will develop children’s learning through play
• Is an effective leader with excellent communication skills
• Will be able to model effective practice in education in the classrooms
• Will have an understanding of the Ofsted Framework for Nurseries
• Will have an understanding of the EYFS in practice
• Qualified to at least level 3 preferably level 4 in an appropriate childcare qualification
