An outstanding opportunity for a dynamic, innovative and forward-thinking educator to join the school’s Senior Leadership Team as Dean of Academics. The applicant will provide instructional leadership and work on improving the pedagogic skills of teachers, curriculum practices, learning outcomes, and lead and organise teacher training sessions and work directly with students on academic discipline.

This is a pivotal academic role with an impact on all aspects of the school and calls for someone with a proven record of ensuring academic excellence. We are looking for an individual with exceptional communication skills, capable of delivering results through teamwork.  The candidate should have 10-12 years of experience in a residential school, handling Cambridge curriculum and should have an understanding of pastoral care and also be able to safeguard students and school needs.
