Reaseheath College University Centre has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced and results-oriented person to focus on the continuing development and delivery of Higher Education (HE) across the College, working in strategic partnership with the University of Chester. The College has a faculty of 800 undergraduate students plus higher-level apprenticeships with plans for the development of degree apprenticeships and postgraduate provision. Combining leadership of the HE team with strategic cross-college responsibilities and shaping strategies as a member of the College’s Executive team, it represents a superb opportunity to make a significant impact and to achieve your career ambitions.

You will be educated to postgraduate degree level with a teaching qualification and HEA membership. You will have a proven track record of working successfully in HE, with preferably some experience within an FE setting, and have held a position with managerial responsibilities relating to the highest quality delivery of teaching and learning. Having developed teams, you will have contributed to strategic improvement within your own organisation and demonstrated innovation. You will have experience of successful HE curriculum development, quality assurance and possess interpersonal skills and vision to be an effective leader.
