The role of Degree Administration Assistant is a new one, created to support existing programme staff with the day to day running of our BA Classical Ballet and Dance Performance Degree Programme. Covering a broad remit, this busy and varied position will work with a wide range of staff and pupils across the school, as well as external examiners. The post holder will compile and administer our degree student records, oversee the induction of new students to the programme and manage the submission and recording of assessments

Our Degree Programme started in September 2017 and is continually being developed. You will therefore have an opportunity to make your mark and to develop and improve processes.
Confidence in using technology is essential for this role as is the ability to work collaboratively and with integrity, maintaining the confidentially of the school at all times. The successful candidate will bring proven administrative experience combined with high level of organisation and accuracy.
16 hours per week, term time only plus one full, 35-hour week prior to the start of each academic year
Monday working essential and working day to start no later than 8.15am
Remainder of the hours are by agreement.
