The Redstart Learning Partnership currently runs 7 Primary school in Somerset. Our school improvement model is having a significant impact on outcomes for pupils in all of our schools whilst transforming our sponsor schools rapidly. This is built upon a collaborative model where all schools and individuals contribute for the greater good of all our pupils. As our reputation has grown so have the number of schools joining us and we are able to offer this new and exciting position as we move into the next stage of our development. 

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, committed and experienced leader who is keen to work in a team role with our other senior leaders. We are able to offer excellent CPD, a superb working environment and a highly committed team who are looking forward to welcoming another member. Our work is based upon the philosophy - Collaborate, Inspire, Excel and our new Deputy CEO will be able to demonstrate how they can achieve these key principles across the Trust.
