STP&CD L47 – L51 (£121,734 - £133,840)

Start date: Easter 2018

Base: North Shore Academy, Talbot Street, Stockton on Tees, TS20 2AY (Or other Trust academy to be agreed with the Chief Executive)

Northern Education Trust was established in 2012 and sponsors 20 academies across the North of England, 10 Secondary and 10 Primary. We are currently seeking a dynamic Deputy Chief Executive who will be a primary specialist and have a proven track record of outstanding leadership and rapid school improvement as an Executive Principal or CEO within a MAT. Ideally, you will have worked at both a regional and national level and have a reputation of making a significant and positive impact on the development and improvement of a number of schools. Although you will be a primary specialist, you will hold whole Trust responsibilities and lead on a number of strands of the NORTHERN model of school improvement, demonstrating outstanding leadership and a relentless focus on standards to achieve the very best outcomes for the students in our care.

Our vision as a Trust is to constantly focus on standards as we understand that outcomes are paramount. Our decision making is driven entirely by what is best for children. By doing this we enhance the life chances of the children in our care and contribute to the regeneration of our communities.

The Trust is committed to safer recruitment practice and pre-employment checks will be undertaken before any appointment is confirmed.
