This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, committed and enthusiastic teacher to take on a leadership role within the Science department at ARA within a well-established, supportive and successful department. This role is suitable for an experienced and ambitious teacher wanting to progress to leadership as well as those with more experience in a position of responsibility. This is an important role to start in September however we could accommodate an Easter start for the right candidate.
The successful candidate must be able to model outstanding teaching to less experienced staff and will be a strong communicator with the ability to embrace change and motivate colleagues and students. A personal development plan will be created once appointed and they will be provided with the right opportunities to ensure they fulfil their personal aspirations and career plans to leadership.
All aspects of the Academy have been judged to be ‘good’ and rapidly developing as of April 2015 demonstrating our hard work, commitment and the dedication of staff and governors and strong support we receive from parents and local community.
