As Deputy Director of Development, you will be a pivotal member of a sector leading development team. You will work closely with the Director of Development; deputizing for them as required and Line Managing five members of this vibrant and innovative team. You will have regular liaison with alumni, current and former parents, former governors and former staff. Internally, you will also be in regular contact with teachers and support staff across Latymer Upper and Prep Schools, as well as governors and students. 

You will be a confident ambassador for Latymer and will use your networking skills, initiative, creativity and ability to think strategically to support the objectives of the Schools and the Foundation, and to ensure the success of our Inspiring Minds campaign.

Welcome to Latymer Upper School. We are a vibrant, forward-thinking and co-educational independent secondary school in West London. Established in 1624 by the generosity of Edward Latymer and located in Hammersmith since 1895, the School upholds its founding principles of generosity and educational excellence.

With around 1,400 students, the success of our Inspiring Minds campaign started by the Latymer Foundation in 2017, means that by the end of our 400th year, we will be in a position to offer one in four students a bursary.
