This exciting new post has been created as part of the expansion and re-development of our existing Nursery provision. Alongside the new role of Director of Pre-School who will manage our new Pre-School provision, this is an ostensibly outward facing role with a clear expectation to contribute towards the promotion, marketing and recruitment of our Pre-school.
The Deputy Director of Pre-School will be a an outstanding practitioner with the ability to motivate and lead a team. He or she will be responsible for assisting the Director of Pre-School in the day to day running of the Pre-School, managing, motivating and training staff and assisting in the long term development of this most important aspect of our provision.
