About the role:

We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Director for Skills Development and Progression at our largely 19+ Centre for Lifelong Learning to provide vision and leadership, along with programme delivery excellence in the areas of ESOL, English and Maths, as well as Teacher Training and EFL. You will develop innovative programmes which develop learners’ skills to meet the needs of London’s employers. As a senior member of the Centre leadership team, you will line manage Heads of School and support the Centre Director in the provision of exceptional education and training and the management of the Centre.

About you:

Our successful candidate will have substantial experience of leadership and the management of change in the areas of ESOL, English or Maths and a strong track record of raising academic standards as well as highly effective curriculum and people management.
