We now seek a dynamic leader for the role of Deputy Head (Academic) for September 2023. This is a significant role for the School and will require an outstanding candidate of considerable insight, drive, and personal qualities. The successful candidate will be an outstanding leader and classroom practitioner, able to empower all learners to develop to their full potential, both academically and personally. A compelling ambassador, they will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of all matters academic within the School, delivering a bold and innovative vision for the culture of teaching and learning, enrichment and achievement. They will demonstrate sophisticated strategic thinking and a proven track record of leading nuanced change as a Senior or experienced Middle Leader.
