Job overview

The role of the Deputy Head is to assist the Headmaster in the formulation and delivery of School strategy, and to take significant responsibility for the day-to-day running of the school. This is one of four Deputy Head posts, each of which holds key oversight of one or more areas of whole-school responsibility. The Deputy Heads, together with the Headmaster, the Bursar and the Head of Infants & Juniors, make up the Core Leadership Team of the School.

We are seeking a candidate with the right skills, experience and potential, to add to this dynamic and harmonious team. The exact role and responsibilities will depend upon the successful candidate’s areas of experience and expertise, and they are likely to evolve over time.
