We are looking for an enthusiastic Deputy Head to work with our highly engaged students and parents in our Senior School.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an outstanding Deputy Head teacher to join our vibrant school. As a member of the Senior School Leadership Team, the Deputy Head (Academic, Curriculum & Assessment) will need to be passionate, motivated and show a genuine commitment to creating an inspiring and stimulating learning environment which challenges and supports all students.
The successful candidate will be someone who can lead with a clear vision for the development of the Senior School and have the energy, expertise, experience and communication skills to lead and inspire others whilst also being an excellent classroom practitioner. We are seeking to appoint a person of vision and strength, who shows independence of thought and creativity, whilst maintaining the highest standards of integrity in the following areas:
- High Performance Learning
- Curriculum Development (including timetable design and implementation)
- Assessment (recording and reporting)
- Digital strategy to enhance HPL and curriculum development
