St Paul’s Girls’ School is one of the country’s leading independent secondary day schools for girls aged 11-18. An exceptional candidate is required to provide effective academic and pastoral leadership for students in their final two years. A member of our senior management team, the post holder will be responsible for:

· Establishing standards, priorities and strategic directions for the senior school

· Playing a key role in university preparation and admissions processes 

· Running St Paul’s non-assessed curriculum as well as leading on extra-curricular provision and wider senior school opportunities.

Applicants will have a management background in either a Deputy Head or Head of Year role, experience of UCAS and Oxbridge admissions systems, and a commitment to ensuring the wellbeing and academic success of students.
