This role represents an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and ambitious individual to contribute to school improvement, have a major impact on the achievement of students, develop as a senior leader and prepare for headship. We are looking for someone who can lead, challenge and support staff and students to great achievement through the development of consistently first-rate teaching across the academy.

The Deputy Head will be an excellent classroom practitioner/teacher and a strategic leader with a resilient character and a strong personal drive. Along with other members of the Senior Leadership Team, the Deputy Head will be centrally involved in the management of the academy and will be responsible for helping to establish a culture that is nurturing, developmental and rigorous with a relentless focus on student achievement.
