Do you have outstanding teaching, leadership and pastoral skills within an SEN school environment?  We have a vacancy for a Deputy Head to take responsibility for Pastoral Care including safeguarding at Mill Water School.   Mill Water is an all-age special school for pupils with severe and complex learning difficulties including ASC. We are currently rated as ‘Good’ with ‘Outstanding’ aspects of our provision (Ofsted April 2017). The school moved to a new purpose built site in the beautiful grounds of Bicton College in January 2015.  Applications are invited from experienced teachers and middle leaders with QTS willing to take a senior leadership role. Here you will work as part of a core team to shape the future of Mill Water school.
