Deputy Head

Located in Seremban, Malaysia, Matrix International School is currently seeking to recruit a Deputy Head of MIS. The purpose of this position is to offer leadership, inspiration and guidance; support in the management of the day-to-day routines of the Primary and Secondary schools; play a major role in the strategic planning for the whole school and to work effectively as a key member of the MIS Leadership Team.

To be a successful candidate, you will need to be a dynamic and motivational leader who can ascertain the aims and expectations of Matrix Global Schools. You will also need to be experienced and knowledgeable in 21st Century learning and teaching and effectively support the planning, managing and evaluation of school practices and the curriculum. A great passion for learning is a must and the drive towards developing the professional development of yourself and others – being able to mentor and provide further guidance for improving learning and teaching. You will have strong communication and cooperation skills as well as cultural awareness and sensitivity. Previous leadership experience in education is desired with a willingness to learn and grow in leadership for future job opportunities.
