Harrow School wishes to appoint a Deputy Head Master to join us after Easter 2019, following the appointment of Mr Keith Metcalfe as Head Master of Malvern College.
A key adviser to the Head Master on matters of strategy, discipline and pastoral issues, who sustains a vision for the operations of the whole School, the Deputy Head Master will possess the necessary skills and experience to ensure that every boy attending Harrow has the opportunity to thrive and to make a positive contribution to their School community.
With outstanding communication skills, integrity and intellectual prowess, the ideal candidate will be an experienced leader and outstanding educator, ideally with experience of operating successfully in a boarding environment.

Harrow School is situated in Harrow on the Hill in north-west London. The School is located on a 324-acre estate which encompasses much of Harrow on the Hill and is one of the best-known schools in the world. Around 837 boys study at Harrow and live in the School’s 12 boarding houses.
