Working direct to the Head of Department you are responsible for the management and quality of all curriculum provision across the campus, including work based learning programmes.
The ideal candidate will have a degree and /or professional experience at an appropriate level and a teaching qualification. You will have experience of teaching in a related curriculum area such as Healthcare, Early Years or Adult care, with knowledge and experience of delivering high quality Teaching, Learning & Assessment, ideally within FE, with a record of delivering high achievement rates. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and, ideally will have some experience in supporting a team of professionals in helping to create a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
