Working closely with the Head of Art, Design, Media and Performing Arts, you will need to be a dynamic and inspirational leader whilst having a clear focus on successful outcomes and aspirational targets.
You will require a thorough understanding of quality processes with a focus on improvement in teaching, learning and assessment, whilst ensuring that your areas of responsibility across the School for the Arts department are compliant with all college systems and policies.
You will be able to demonstrate your experience in planning and producing large scale, high standard productions and/or exhibitions which will enable our students to excel in their chosen field, develop their skills sets to commercial standards and have the confidence to work alongside professionals from their field.
As a strong leader, you will possess the personal skills to be innovative and ambitious whilst ensuring that high standards are maintained.
Qualified to at least Level 6 in either Performing Arts / Creative Arts / Media, you will be required to teach a number of hours as agreed with the Head, demonstrating high standards of teaching, learning and attainment, and ensuring continuous improvement to support positive student outcomes.
