We are looking to appoint a Deputy Head of College Creative and Performing Arts for September 2024. As Deputy Head of College, you will make a significant contribution to the leadership of the College by leading the professional development of the team and ensuring the highest quality of care support and guidance, whilst supporting the College Headteacher with raising achievement and improving the quality and impact of the team’s work. The person specification identifies the experience, skills and attributes we are seeking, but in short we are looking for:

•                   an outstanding teacher and strong role model

•                   a confident Deputy, able to act for the College Headteacher in his/her absence

•                   an individual with strategic and emotional intelligence

•                   an ambitious leader with the potential to progress professionally


This is an exciting and very fulfilling post, providing excellent preparation for further promotion and, naturally, there will be high quality support and opportunities for further professional learning and development in the role.
